By accessing and using Opiograf, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Opiograf provides an interactive live audience feedback platform allowing presenters to create real-time polls, surveys, and word clouds, and allowing participants to submit responses anonymously.
3. Presenter Accounts
To create presentations, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password) and all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. User Conduct & Content
As a presenter, you represent that you own or have the right to post all questions in your presentation. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove any presentation that violates these terms.
5. Voting & Participant Responses
Voter responses are submitted anonymously. Presenters own the aggregate results of their presentations. Opiograf is not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of any responses submitted by audience members.
6. Limitation of Liability
Opiograf is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Opiograf or its creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website following changes constitutes acceptance of those updates.
