1. Information We Collect

For Presenters: We collect your email address when you register. This is stored securely in our database via Supabase Auth to enable you to retrieve and manage your presentations.

For Voters (Participants): We do not collect names, email addresses, or IP addresses. Voting responses are stored anonymously in our databases.

2. How We Use Your Data

Email addresses are used strictly for user authentication, account recovery, and security alerts. Voting responses are aggregated and displayed in real-time to the presenter of the session. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We use local storage on voter devices to prevent double-voting on the same active slide (remembering the vote status for that question). Presenter sessions are stored securely using Supabase authentication cookies. No marketing or tracking cookies are utilized.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely in the Supabase PostgreSQL database infrastructure. We take standard cryptographic measures and utilize Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure that only you can modify or view the admin data of your presentations.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to delete your account at any time. Deleting a presentation in your dashboard deletes all associated questions and voter response data permanently from our database servers.
